**Students attending Central Lakes College under Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO), or College In the Schools (CIS), and wish to allow either a Parent/Guardian or Staples-Motley School District Personnel, the ability to communicate with Central Lakes College on the student's behalf, must complete the Authorization for the Release of Student Information.
