Staples-Motley Middle/High School
Empowering every student to thrive—in school and beyond.
At Staples-Motley Middle/High School, students are encouraged to grow with purpose, lead with integrity, and rise with pride. Serving students in grades 5–12, we provide a supportive environment where strong relationships, engaging learning experiences, and diverse opportunities help every student discover their path to success.
Our students benefit from:
- A renowned fine arts program, including band, choir, orchestra, theater, and visual arts
- A thriving FFA chapter with hands-on learning and leadership opportunities
- A state-ranked speech program with a tradition of excellence
- Competitive athletics that promote teamwork, perseverance, and Cardinal pride
- A variety of student organizations that encourage leadership, service, and school involvement
- Expanding college and career opportunities through College in the Schools (CIS), career pathways, and Career and Technical Education programs
As we look to the future, we're excited to welcome students back to Centennial Auditorium, where our newly renovated stage will provide an enhanced space for performances and community events. We're also beginning the design phase for future facility improvements, including updated Career and Technical Education spaces, modern collaborative learning environments, and improved accessibility throughout our building.
Our dedicated staff are committed to helping every student develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for life beyond high school. Whether students are pursuing college, the workforce, military service, or another path, Staples-Motley is a place where they are challenged to learn, encouraged to lead, and inspired to thrive.
