Dear Students, Families, and Community Members,

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! Our campus is ready for your return, thanks to the incredible hard work of our custodial and buildings and grounds teams. They have done a fantastic job with summer cleaning and groundswork, ensuring our facilities are ready and welcoming for the first day of school.

As we prepare for the start of the year, our primary focus is on providing a nurturing and engaging academic environment. Our dedicated teachers and staff are busy preparing classrooms and curriculum to ensure a productive and inspiring year for all our students. We look forward to a school year filled with learning, growth, and new opportunities for every child in our district.

As we look forward to the fall, we are excited for the return of cardinal activities. Please visit our website to view the fall sports and activities schedule and mark your calendars for upcoming events. We are also looking forward to utilizing Centennial Auditorium, which has undergone significant improvements over the summer to enhance our performing arts space.

Please be aware of ongoing and future construction. The 4th Street project will still be underway when school begins, so please plan your routes accordingly. Additionally, the planning for our voter-approved construction project kicked off this summer, with work scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2027.

We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming open houses on September 2nd and the first day of school on September 8th. We also invite you to visit our booth during Railroad Days—it’s a great opportunity to connect before the school year begins.

Sincerely,
